The Celebrity Burger Brand Hitting the Road with Food Trucks
Food trucks have transformed the restaurant scene, offering a flexible way to reach hungry customers without the high costs of traditional locations. They allow established restaurants to bring their signature menus directly to local neighborhoods, creating convenience while maintaining quality.
Wahlburgers, the fast-casual burger chain founded by chef Paul Wahlberg and his actor brothers, Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, has launched its own fleet of food trucks.
According to TC Palm, two trucks have already hit Home Depot parking lots, one in Rockledge, Florida, and another in Stuart, Florida, which opened on December 16. Plans for a third truck in Vero Beach are underway, aiming to expand the brand’s presence.

These food trucks share the Wahlburgers name but offer a menu tailored to the mobile experience. They serve breakfast, featuring a breakfast sandwich, burger, and burrito.
For lunch and dinner, the trucks provide two exclusive burgers, the BBQ Road Burger and the HD Smash Burger, alongside chicken, fries, tater tots, and milkshakes. This approach ensures loyal fans and newcomers alike can enjoy unique flavors on the go.
Wahlburgers’ Journey and Growth
Since opening in 2011, Wahlburgers quickly became a household name, thanks to Paul Wahlberg’s signature juicy burgers and the A&E reality TV series of the same name. By the end of 2023, the brand expanded to 109 locations nationwide. However, 2025 saw the closure of 79 locations inside Hy-Vee gas stations due to the partner developing its own food concept.

This setback didn’t hinder the brand’s momentum. By adding food trucks, Wahlburgers demonstrates agility and innovation, providing fans with the same quality experience in a more accessible format. The move also reinforces its status as a celebrity-owned chain that delivers on taste and excitement.
The Wahlberg brothers continue to focus on expanding their reach while keeping their menu fresh and appealing. By using food trucks strategically, they combine the best of mobility with the reliability of a trusted restaurant brand, ensuring customers can enjoy their favorite Wahlburgers wherever they are.
Hungry fans can stay updated on locations and menu specials through social media and local announcements, keeping the excitement alive as the food trucks roll across Florida.
