On last week’s programs, O’ Brien teamed up with Jean Chatzky, a knowledgeable private finance guide, to discuss wealth plans and how people could protect their wealth empire. While keeping the stock market scales in mind along with taxes and inflation, they have discussed crucial money-related points such as property planning, prioritizing targets, and savings for children’s education and college fees.
O’ Brien also discussed her personal life experiences, such as when she and her siblings kept their financial ups and downs from their parents and were forced to learn the hard way. After the death of their parents, the O’ Brien family realized they could have managed their funds successfully if only they had asked for their parents’ input.
Maria further shared that the most common issue amongst youth now is whether to save money to clear their educational loans or their monetary expenses at home. While many people assume that monetary planning is not supportive, O’ Brien debates and states that a financial plan acts as a guide and you go through your life. It helps you become more in control of your income, expenses, and investments, and you can manage your money while achieving your goals.
